It generally can't argue that you were partly at fault, that you assumed the risk, or that a coworker caused the injury. How long do I have to file a personal injury claim in Texas?
For most personal injury cases in Texas, the deadline is two years from the date of the injury. Claims against a city, county or other government entity can have much shorter notice deadlines, so it's important to call as soon as you can.
What should I do after a truck accident in San Antonio?
Get medical care, call the police and get the crash report number, take photos of the scene, and don't give a recorded statement to the trucking company's insurer. Trucking companies often send their own investigators quickly, so call a truck accident lawyer right away.
My employer doesn't carry workers' comp. Can I still recover?
